GWI Cloud

← Pitch deck

One customer portal and one staff console on the same backend. Workbooks stays the commercial master, Auth0 the identity master; GWI Cloud is the shared account layer in between. Demo persona: Elena Marsh, lead admin at Hydratec Engineering, subscribed to all three products.

Staged story — scenario 6: "I paid but cannot access X"
  1. Ticket arrives; A1 shows Priya Nair with a DRIFT flag and a red status dot on her UF Premium badge.
  2. A2 explains it: live role UPM-Subscriber vs expected UF Premium — pricing-scheme spelling "UF Premium (Corporate) 2026" unrecognized.
  3. A5 has the spelling waiting in the unrecognized-spellings inbox with a suggested family. One click attaches it to Premium.
  4. Back on A2, resync corrects the role; A7's alert clears. No engineer involved.
Other states staged across the screens: expiring (C1/C2, amber), trial with days remaining (A2), failed-then-retried payment (C5), pending invite and expired delegate (C6), "waiting on you" ticket (C9), dormant legacy products (C1/A1).
